After last week's reversed game down at Exmouth with a great result, the CABs return to Polson for a local derby against St Austell.  This match also acts as the second leg of the Cornwall RFU Tribute Super Cup, the first leg of which we won at the away fixture against St Austell in October. At the moment Launceston are 5th in the league with 50 points (which is 7 points below leaders Chew Valley). St Austell are lying in 8th position on 29 points.  Should be another great well contested game at Polson and kick off is at 3 pm.

BUT - If you can make it down to Polson for 1 pm the Colts will be playing Perranporth kicking off at 1 pm - great opportunity to see our youngsters! Bar open - refreshments available.

The Castles are away to Bude this weekend - we currently stand in 4th place with 49 points and Bude 2nds are in 12th position with 4 points.

After last weekend's success the Ladies take a breather this week.

As usual full bar and food menus down at Polson so please come down - and try to be early enough to catch our great Colts at 1 pm.
