The Lanson Suite at Launceston Rugby Club can be hired for parties (including Christmas Get-Togethers), business meetings, wedding receptions and presentation events, with a capacity of approx. 150 persons. The rooms are on two floors with kitchen and bar facilities, so can be booked for self-catering or with food and personnel provided by the club.
Wifi is available plus televisions/screens for presentations. Whiteboard and flipchart also available.
Launceston Rugby Club is close to the A30 and has ample car parking space.
The main clubhouse is also available for similar requirements but with a reduced capacity and more basic layout. Again wifi and tv’s etc. are available for presentations.

PRE-MATCH DAY LUNCHES IN THE LANSON SUITE.
This two course lunch, is available in the Lanson Suite at most Home Matches, (see latest news for individual dates). This Lunch is available to Launceston RC Members, VP’s, and all visitors, plus visitor team members and supporters.
In any case all reservations need to be made with Leigh by the Tuesday before a Saturday home game. We also offer a very special rate for whole Tables of 10, booked as a group inclusive of Entry and Stand seat.
