Rugby at all levels can (and should) be very exciting - especially games at Polson!

Sometimes things can be frustrating however and that is when abuse can get hurled at Match Officials such as Referees and linesmen (many of whom are volunteers) and also at the Players themselves. Cornwall RFU are increasingly concerned at the number of reports of abuse in the first 12 weeks of this season and have issued some updated rules and guidelines.

We are Launceston are pleased this has come into the limelight as the Club has a ZERO TOLERANCE approach to abuse and will not tolerate it at any level.

We have recently updated our own policies for the Club such as helpful requirements for spectators/parents of Mini Juniors and visitors to all games. These are found in the Information section of the website, along with a further link to the Cornwall RFU.

Please read the new Cornwall RFU Abuse Policy as there are new laws and sanctions of which we should all be aware.

Please be KIND and most of all ENJOY your rugby - that means you and everyone else!
