Pitch up and play is back!!

Pitch up and play is just an hour or so’s long session where we’ll bring a ball down and play a game of touch rugby. (Therefore no contact and mixed genders are allowed) to allow us all to get outside during the ‘less’ colder months of the year.

Starting this Tuesday, 7pm at Launceston Rugby Club.

Experienced player? Not played in a while? Or first timer? All are welcome (18+)

Even if you can do 5 minutes, it gets you out the house and gets the blood flowing!

If you’re not sure what to bring, I can help you out-

- Sport shorts/leggings

- A t-shirt that you don’t mind getting sweaty in!

- A water bottle (we have taps here too don’t worry)

- running trainers if dry, but I would recommend rugby/football boots (no big studs required as the ground will be hard enough)

Oh… and the bar will be open throughout the evening, just incase you need some lucozade with your G&T!
