The Cornish All Blacks, fresh from a challenging and exhilarating away win at Matson last week, entertain Okehampton for the eagerly awaited local derby.  Okehampton have had a torrid time at the start of the season but recorded their first win last week. The CABs will be out for revenge after last season losing both fixtures against Okehampton. The CABs stand top of the league and are the only unbeaten side. If you weren’t at their home win against Lydney then make sure you are at Polson this Saturday to see the improvements made from last season. There are four local lads new from last year too.

This Saturday at Polson is another one of those “bumper – do not miss” weeks.  The Colts kick off against Paignton at 12 noon, the CABs kick off is at 3 pm. Of course the bar will be open all the time, The Coffee Pot will be on hand with the food and our special supporters Harpers Feeds will be sponsoring. They love their rugby and always bring an enthusiastic crowd to swell the Polson excitement.

The Castles are away to Wadebridge with a 3 pm kick off – that is close enough for their players and supporters to return later to Polson, perhaps to catch up with the third RWC game at 8 pm with Scotland v Romania in the penultimate game for both sides. Earlier World Cup action will also be on screens at the club so come down and soak up a full days rugby atmosphere!

Unfortunately the Ladies game which had been scheduled after the CABs is not now happening.
