Following the last home game win v Matson which kept us as league leaders, but at a cost of injuries,  the  Away walkover versus Penryn , in the 1st round of the CRFU Tribute knock out cup, provided a welcome break.

and longer preparation for are coming away fixture,  9th November,  for the first time at Sidmouth. who currently lie 10th in the table .

Their season so are:- 

2 wins - a 12-13 win away at R.W.B. &   30-23 win at Home to St Austell  - both these wins from the last 2  fixtures.  

Their 5 defeats were    20-25 at Home to Matson - 

                                           69-22 loss to Lydney away.  

                                           30-38 defeat at Home to Marlborough  - 

                                           34-32 defeat away to Ivybridge and 

                                           19-30 defeat at home to Exmouth.

 I am sure the Boys will appreciate  good travelling support,   at a new venue and  I take this opportunity to encourage you take the 1hr + journey just the other side of Exeter.  

Firstly:-  The KO is 2.30 and there is the open opportunity to enjoy a pre-game Lunch - £25 pp for 2 courses  which also includes  the £5 entrance to the Game.     To Book or for any enquiries,    please contact    Clare  on

 Secondly:-  There is NO PARKING at the Rugby Club Ground,  but possible to drop off along Heydons Lane, leading to Rugby Ground.         (at the end of this e.mail, are details of the various nearby Car Parks  in Sidmouth.)

Colts are away to Bude with a 2 pm kick off 

plus on Sunday,  10th, at home will be LADIES   V  HORNETS  with a  2.30 pm  KO

THE NEAREST LONGSTAY CAR PARK, is  BEDFORD LAWN CAR PARK.( 6 min walk to Rugby ground).

Post Code EX10 8NS   (110 spaces)  - Private Car Park, ( not in Winter parking offer)

Cash or Card and pay for as long as you want to stay, If you overstay pay the extra charge at normal rate on exit - nor parking fines -  3 hours £5.50  - 4hrs £6.50  - 5hrs£7.50

MANOR ROAD CAR PARK  EX10 8RU  COUNCIL long stay car park  (280 SPACES)  (10 min walk- slight hill)

The Car Park is part of the 'Winter Shopper' scheme from November to March

Pay just £2 and park for the rest of the day till midnight. Pay by Cash, Card or Phone
