Launceston Rugby Club can confirm that Ryan Westren has resigned from his position as Head Coach following the acceptance of a new role with Redruth Rugby Club.

Ryan leaves the club after an incredible 20 years of service as both a player and coach, during which time he has made a huge contribution to Launceston Rugby Club on and off the field. His passion, commitment, and dedication to the club have been evident throughout his time as a Cornish All Black, and his influence will be felt for many years to come.

As a player, Ryan represented the club with pride and distinction, while as a coach he has played a key role in developing players, building the squad, and helping drive the club forward. His leadership, experience, and tireless work ethic have earned him the respect and appreciation of everyone connected with the club.

Everyone at Launceston Rugby Club would like to place on record our sincere thanks to Ryan for his outstanding service and loyalty over the past two decades. He leaves with our gratitude and best wishes as he begins this exciting new chapter with Redruth.
